Returns and exchanges

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the goods have not been used and send them back in new condition. That means that the product has not been worn, has no signs of wear and the item should not have been tampered with or damaged.


We do not pay for return shipping unless the goods are defective. For defective goods or wrong deliveries we pay the return shipping within Australia.

All refunds will be made in the form of the original tender.

Our returns process

If you do not like the goods and want to make use of our 30 day return policy then please proceed as follows:

  • Take a photo of the item and contact us to notify us of the return along with a photo of the item. Email us at info@apeirokosmima.com.au
  • Pack unused goods safely in their original packaging
  • Allow us to contact you and confirm the return shipping method
  • Once we receive you unused and undamaged item we will refund your money within he next 7 days.
